‼️💯重要材料:
·江魚仔 100克
·紅蔥頭 100克
·亁香菇 4颗
·肉末 200克
·小白菜 2颗
面团:
·普通麵粉 200克
·鹽 1勺
·水 100毫升
·鸡蛋 1顆
肉碎醃料:
·料酒 1勺
·生抽 2勺
·鹽 1勺
·胡椒粉 1勺
·澱粉 1勺
1)200克麵粉加一勺盐一颗鸡蛋,再把100毫升一點一點加,若太水了再加面粉太干了就再加点水😁
2)豬末加料酒 1勺,生抽 2勺,鹽 1勺,胡椒粉 1勺,澱粉 1勺搅拌均匀备用
3)把香菇&红葱头,蔬菜切好备用
4)水1500毫升,汤底是用了江魚仔&香菇熬製,水开把肉末一勺勺往锅里下
5)这时候就能把面片下鍋,⚠️切記不要開大火一直煮,用中小火慢煮就行了
6)最后把蔬菜也下锅
7)起锅后撒上油蔥酥跟炸江魚仔即可享用❤️
