Name.... 'Stephenson's Rocket 1823'. (The engine that launched the railways). Of course I would say that because ... a) It looks very similar and b) I am a Geordie and mighty proud of our Engineering heritage.🤣🤣🤣. A bit of tweaking and that will be amazing in multiple ways... barbeque, exterior heating, soil sterilisation...maybe even charcoal production !? Everything you all do in my book is fabulous. Much love to you all. PS. your gorgeous assistant🌟 Kayleigh🌟 is so precious... she melts my heart the way she is so eager to 'get stuck in'! Sassy, classy lassie. 💖💞🥳👏👏👏

PS. Your scripture from Peter. I need to tell you it triggered me in the most wonderful way. I am not a big Bible reader... but I love the Lìght without measure. I have 'received' very similar words over this past year.....I was so thrilled when I read your quoted words..... it was a jigsaw piece for me. Bless you all. Much love sincerely. xxx

I should come down and help ya pour a nice level concrete slab, so when you bring it out of your shed it won't matter if the ground is soft or muddy you will have a nice level place to make syrup.

Hey CJ , definitely get a stable footing (pad) for your syrup boiler and a shelf for the strainer pan. Safety first, keep your helper safe. I know she wants to help but you have to teach her safety. I am not being negative, just concerned for your biggest little helper. She’s a trooper for sure. You all got some great syrup. Thanks for sharing with us. Fred.
