Hi guru ma, nice explanation of the method of making paneer, I use full Cream milk and use lemon salt i,e citric acid to curdle the milk and drain water and wrap panner in cloth like square shape and keep heavy weight on it and within 2 hrs my paneer is set and I get clean side also so there is no side waste, thanks for this and I have shared a small information that I know.

whey water is very healthy...can be used to make rotis, puri, can be used in sabji and dhal, koottu etc...if not planning to eat, plants love that water..too close to the roots is not adviced, but in the pot, plants benefit from the protein... is also a good face wash- apply on face and hair and wash in lukewarm water after 15-20 minutes :)

If you pour the curdled hot milk into the strainer and place a vessel filled with water on it paneer wil be ready in half an hour. Then we can keep in fridge for sometime to harden more if required

Avin full cream milk. I think its orange packet.To make panneer you can use whey water instead of vinegar etc.

Whey water can be used for making gravies or for kneading chapathi dough. Once i made instant Noodles using whey water instead of normal water. It was so delicious with slight sweetness.
