Our experience - in terms of the ingredients, whether whole milk or skim milk, how much sugar, whole egg or only egg yolk, etc., depends on personal taste. There is room for small adjustments as you like. We used baking temperature of 230 degrees for about 20 minutes, until the surface was brown.
