Nice video! I found using 5 to 6 lbs. per a gallon helps with the flavor, even (bombing) increasing the lbs. to about 8. Different types of yeast can also help with flavor, like Lalvin BM 4x4 and Lalvin 71B. Another little trick I use is putting a pound or two of dried apricots into secondary, for some reason it helps bring out that peach taste. Last, but not least. It’s a fruit wine, it deserves to be semisweet or sweet. Back sweeten to bring some of that flavor out! Anyways, best of luck on future batches!

I use picked orgerd peaches. And onley. Suger. And yeast Let it work off. About. 5 weeks. It’s the onley way to get that loud peach tast have tryed. Useing all Thea’s ingredients. That he is useing but for some reasion. The wine didn’t have the loud. Peach taste. Like he said it a dry wine. But some people prefer a dry wine it’s what you like best. To many ingredients just does something to peach wine that takes away the loud peach taste

Was that acetic acid? I've used oranges in my mead but I've never made peach, trying to find if oranges would work instead of store bought acetic, mostly because no stocks it in .y area.

Hello, I make Mead and I don't add the yeast nutrient or the Camden or anything else. Just the fruit the yeast, the sugar, and some raisins. Are the other additions really necessary to The taste or the alcohol production? I am just wondering if I am losing out on an improvement.

Hello! Yeah, the recipe in this video is for basically a one gallon wine at the end... I had about a gallon and a half to start with after primary work, but ran it down to a gallon after racking several times. Thanks for watching and commenting!
