This Homemade Pecan Pie is easy to make and taste delicious. I put the pecans on top but chopped ones can be added to the filling.
I used a 9 inch pie pan.
Tip: Handle the dough as little as possible, and keep butter chilled until needed, allow crust to rest in fridge while mixing the filling.
cover edge of crust with strips of foil to keep it from over browning.
This will surely be great on our holiday menu.
