Hi Crystal! Good video as usual. Growing up in the deep South, it was a running joke about how we cooked ... it was either fried or barbequed. And I love seeing others doing some of the same. Your pizzas look wonderful, and I'm sure your clan will love them. Take good care ... PS: The hard cheese may not be a fail ... it may not be as pretty as you're accustomed to, but that doesn't mean it won't taste awesome down the road!

Making mozzarella is so cool! I’ve been wanting to try making it for awhile and think it’s about time I try. The store bought just doesn’t cut it at all. Will have to use cow’s milk, tho, as that’s what’s available. Emily is a doll. Your mini me. ❤️ She did a great job. From experience cracking of hard cheese are from temperature either too hot or not enough. But it still will be good anyways. Will make a nice shred a bowl cheese. Thank You for sharing. Here's a link on how to repair the cheddar. If the humidity is too low, it will crack. But this website addresses how to fix it. www.culturesforhealth.com/learn/cheese/repair-cracks-surface-hard-cheese/ Also, watch Gavin Webber's youtube channel. He makes his cheese on video and has all the tips.
