食材:
麵粉 128克(傳統燕麥32克)
Just Green菜粉 2 茶匙
泡打粉 1湯匙
中型香蕉 2根
杏仁奶 236毫升
香草精 1茶匙
蘋果醋 1湯匙
藍莓/ 香蕉片/ 楓糖漿/ 巧克力醬 適量
做法:
1. 把香蕉(先壓成泥會更容易攪拌)、麵粉、菜粉、泡打粉、杏仁奶、香草精和蘋果醋倒入攪拌機。
2. 攪拌均勻後,讓麵糊靜置10分鐘。
3. 用不沾平底鍋,中小火煎至冒泡後翻面繼續煎至上色。
4. 放上喜愛的水果和甜醬做裝飾。
Ingredients:
All-purpose flour 1 cup (rolled oat 1/4 cup)
Just Green powder 2 tsp
Baking powder 1tbsp
Medium ripped banana 2 pcs
Almond milk 1 cup
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Apple cider vinegar 1 tbsp
Blueberries/ sliced banana/ maple syrup for garnishing
Method:
1. In a high-speed blender, add all-purpose flour (or rolled oats), ripe bananas, Just Green powder, baking powder, vanilla extract, apple cider vinegar, and unsweetened almond milk.
2. Blend on high speed blender until the batter is smooth.
3. Pour the batter into a mixing bowl and set aside for 10 minutes.
4. Heat a pancake griddle pan over medium-high heat. When hot, reduce to low heat and scoop 2 tablespoons of batter per pancake.
5. Cook for 2 minutes on one side, then when the borders are drying out, flip with a spatula and cook for 1-2 minutes on the other side.
6. Serve with a drizzle of maple syrup, chocolate sauce, blueberries, or banana slices.
