Ingredients:
- Celery root: 300-400g
- Celery stalks: 3 pcs
- Carrot🥕: 1 pc
- Spring onion: 1 piece
- Sweet potatoes🍠: 1 piece
- Cauliflower: 300g
- Beans🫘: 50g
- Paprika: 1 pc
- Tomatoes: 200g
- Fresh ginger: 50g
- Zucchini: 2 pcs
- Garlic🧄: 2 cloves
- Butter: 30g
- A pinch of nutmeg
Method:
1. Vegetable preparation: Cut all vegetables into small pieces.
