I like them all. You could always have the kids read the Nomad Press books anyway.

I adore Nomad Press!!!! I have been doing them for 2 years as unit studies (6th-7th grade). They are fantastic! We've done over 20 of them now.

Hi! My name is Meghann, I’m so glad I came across your comment! I hope that my comment will get to you. I hoping to using some of the history nomad press books with my son for 6-7 grade as well and was wondering if I could pick your brain a little and see how you scheduled the reading of them, what you added to them, and if you did any notebooking or written work along with them. Thank you so much if you’ve made it this far!

@@meghannferguson6783 My 8th grader is very visual, so I read ahead and chose videos to go along with what we will read together. From there, if any of their projects will further his understanding, we'll do those. Sometimes, I will go "off book" and do our own created project.

We've really been enjoying some of the books from Nomad Press as well. They make such great spines. I'm really interested in trying out some of their Social Studies books too.

We are using REAL Science Odyssey Biology 2 for 10th grade this year and we love it! We are planning to do the Astronomy as well. I wish they had high school chemistry, but we are going to check out Friendly Chemistry.

The Nomad Press books look amazing! Thank you for sharing. I'm struggling to find science right now as well. I think I may be close though.

Have you tried Building Foundations of Scientific Understanding? SCI was supposedly inspired by BFSU. Wondering which one to choose. Thank you.

I had BFSU when we first started homeschooling but found it hard to implement. We really liked SCI this year but ultimately switched to Science Mom. I just shared more about this in our Mid Year update video. Thanks for watching!
