One of the very best layout videos ever made, your flatcar POV is really like riding on a real train. Your scenery is absolutely amazing. And thanks for not having any fusty old farts standing and bullshitting next to the layout, an irritating distraction that has really spoiled the magic of a lot of what should have been otherwise watchable layout videos.

Dear Scuba, As a Dusty Old Fart, I totally agree with you! This layout is so realistic, plus under construction, so we get to see some of the construction. The bridges and trees are wonderful. Another thing you missed is many of these videos have music that doesn't fit. The chug chug sound is just fine. Could have used some whistles at road intersections and some bells when slowing down or starting off at low speeds. Just my opinion as a Choo Choo old fart.

Wow! Scenic panoramas and rockwork along the track and up into the hills is incredible.Artistry is amazing. It looks like actual footage of a NG train climbing the grades of the Rockies. I've followed articles on this railroad for years in NGSLG, but seeing it like this is a whole new dimension One of the best model railroads (certainly the best Colorado NG railroad) I've ever seen. Fantastic on all levels.

Most EXCELLENT!!! Your hand laid track is very smooth and well done. Quite a climb up to the mushroom level. Keep it up. I look forward to your updates. The E & LC Model Railroad.12Mar2021

Just came across your video. Fantastic!! Makes me want to get off my duff and continue working on my layout. All the rock rubble really adds to the realism. From the Real Nor. California! (Anderson, Redding area)

I'm building 4 early C-16's in HOn3. Would be cool to photograph them on your layout, but I'm in Thailand! Thanks, Paul

Craig, you own the RGS. What a gigantic project you have going here. Just the hand spiked track and hand made turnouts alone are more than most mortals would dream of doing in a lifetime. But all the other elements make for a good layout for operations with long passing sidings and plenty of single track to make it realistic. Great stuff. No one I know of is in your class. jefe

Do HOn3 scale trains travel on N scale track?

Nope. N-scale track is narrower than HOn3 track. The ties are a different scale too.
