Yes, heavy car and low torque... pretty better is tourer - about few kg more but gearbox different. 2nd gear - rev limiter cca 98km/h, 3rd gear - rev limiter cca 142km/h. Acceleration of my stock one a little bit better than sedan between 70-140km/h. Top speed probably not so high. I can make a video for comparison....

You said you installed a filter from Honda S2000. How did you do it? Were you able to mount it in the original air filter box?
@svendamancro

It's just a cone filter. I removed the original airbox and put cone instead. It fits original rubber pipe 😁
@IncognitoX8

Buy the extended pipe, so the filter will go further, down the wheel well, and then mount a cone filter. That will give you a proper cold air intake. Don't just remove the original box, and then mount cone filter. Will give you hot air intake, which makes the car perform worse. Only thing you will get with this, is more sound, and less HP.

@Kemao_B

@@josemipiano wrong, it´s a JDM K20A, same as in the Integra DC5 and the Civic FD2R, only differs in the RBC intake manifold. The K20A2 is for europeans EP3 Type R´s only and has around 200cv. 2003-2005 base CL7 has k20A6, 2006-2008 base CL7 has K20Z2. They are similar between each, but very different from the K20A on Euro R CL7´s. Base models engine is designed for fuel economy (with little success). It has economy vtec applied only to the intake camshaft. At low RPM, this system forces the engine to operate as a 12-valve engine (one of the intake valves does not open fully) thus decreasing fuel consumption. At 2200RPM, this i-Vtec economy system engages the 2nd intake valve, effectively resuming operation as a normal 16-valve engine. There are no high-RPM performance cam profiles on intake and exhaust like the K20A has; this engine is tuned to balance fuel economy and power, rather than provide pure performance. On the intake cam, there is the VTC mechanism which basically is an automatic self-adjusting cam gear used to continuously optimize the valve overlap for all RPM ranges. This being a VTEC-E system - and not a true DOHC VTEC system - is the reason the K20A3/A6/Z2 redlines at a measly 6800RPM, while the K20A2 is able to rev all the way to 7900RPM, or the JDM k20A even more. All this info (but better explained than this) is on k20A.org, a great great forum of great altruist people who shares their knowledge with the world :-)

@@gaffnaldo1 except you don't. Honda recommends 0W20 for this engine. I use 5W40 and even the dealers here in Germany use 5W40 on this engine. Oil that's too thin will get even thinner at some situations like, a traffic jam in summer. The exhaust camshaft can get oil starvation. That's why it's ideal. Of course, If you live in the Arctic you'll use 0W20 for sure. It's not european climate.

1380kg for a 4,66m long sedan I wouldn´t call that heavy, but I agree in the slowness. It´s because it has only 5 gears tranny with stupid long ratios. I had that crap of tranny and it was able of doing almost 120kph in 2nd gear, it´s really weird. I´m sure that if Honda engineers had put 6 gear shorter ratio transmission or even 5 gear but shorter, the fuel efficiency would have been hugely improved. I had that car, and now have an Euro R and in normal usage (mainly travel at 120kph) is 1ltr/100km below the previous base accord
