Great vid. I've got a thousand miles on mine and the chain seems a bit loose. I'll tighten it up tomorrow...looks like the chain is good for around 5-7K before it needs replacement.

I did it exactly the same way, however it was too tight when off the stand. The 50mm should be the slack when it is taking it's own weight.

You have to check the chain and adjust it from the kickstand

Sight along the top of the chain, from the top of the rear sprocket, forward, and make sure the chain is in a nice, straight line.

you should use the caliper to measure the distance of wheel pin and block the chain ON rear sprocket, with wooden hammer handle when tighten the axle nuts (to keep the wheel from moving forward) sorry for my english

I hope you can help me real quick. When the chain is where it is tight and where it is supposed to be at, is it supposed to look really loose? leaning on the kickstand.

Took a photo. Zoomed in. Dang! The guide is drawn in and they measure from the actual swing arm. Ok!

?the book does say/top of swing arm? Dont make sense/ it doesnt ride on the swing arm..?
