Nice comparison, fun to see this. I was curious about this, because one time out at the off-road park in the tight woods trails, I could barely keep up with this little kid on a CRF100. I was riding my XR250R which is truly great in the woods, but man that kid was fast on that 100. I would catch him on the straights then he would kill me in the really tight stuff. Fun stuff man!

Crazy what a small bike in tight sections can do.

As always Mario, pleasant watching. we ride 2 races back in UK called "Corrinium" & "Foxwells", which is roughly 4 × 1 hour laps in tight woodland which is very similar apart from the hill climbs & bomb craters, This week I pre ordered my new 2018 KTM 350 exc-f ready for September, so something to look forward to eh !!, keep up the good work bro 👌

I raced against my buddy’s crf 50 with my xr 70 when we were like 10 and my buddy won because he had less weight and he got ahead of the game.

When I was 15 or so my buddy had that YamahaYZ50 mini bike. When shit went south, all you had to do was put your feet down and let it go!!! Hahahah!

What's the size range for a crf100
@2WR
6 жыл бұрын
Really depends. Adults race em in MiniGp and Flattrack. My now 9 year old was riding one at 8 (for practice) and he can’t put either foot down.

No real size range honestly. I added one to my collection recently and it's a blast to ride. I'm 5'10" and 180lbs and it does just fine for trail riding, especially in very tight, slow terrain it's great fun. Put some better tires on it than stock and buy a set of heavier springs front and rear (BBR makes good ones) and use 15wt fork oil, then it will handle a 200lb rider with no issues. The engine needs nothing, the CRF100 runs great, plenty of pep.

You guys are barely riding hard. The guy on 70 should’ve been tapped. He would’ve won that thing is so small you just throw it around
