Hey good one Artie. Carbs are very critical of course. One time, YEARS AGO, I was on a 3 wheeler, goes to show you how long ago it was, I was flying down a small snow mobile trail in summer, when the throttle stuck wide open! Thank god for thumb switches. I thought I was dead. Rolled it back to camp, took it apart, a small piece of sand, literally 1 grain of sand was what almost killed me. Dang. Ok that story was not related to the video lol, just my input on carbs haha 😂

Hey Artie I hope your doing well bud nice work getting the carburetor cleaned out. Its amazing how the smallest amount of dirt or grime in the carb can make a machine run bad. Like you mentioned the carb looked clean when you took it off of the power washer but after you went through the carburetor and cleaned it up it made a huge difference like day and night. When you started it I ran smooth and it was putting out some good water pressure another thing you mentioned was the throttle response i agree it had very good throttle response. Great video my friend I will talk to you soon. 👍

20:00 the choke rod is hooked up wrong. It goes in from the bottom, not the top. I’ve made that mistake and it makes a difference - the rod binds when working the choke lever when it’s put on upside down vs no drag and smooth action when it’s put on correctly.
