Loved it.. just the calming sound of the engine in the background of my office while I'm at work made my blood pressure drop :-) Sounds so much like my Shadow Sabre 1100... makes me long for spring.

Check my other short videos with V&H sound. They have standard baffles. A lot of pops & bangs on deceleration.

It's simple, 5 speed gearbox is not good for highway speeds, the engine revs to high for me

Took my Classic to Texas last Nov . Most roads there are 80 MPH. Cruised all day long. I have grip puppies and a throttle lock and Mustang seat.Don't think I went over 85,but never lacked more get up and go.This Vulcan is my last bike, and I have no desire to get anything else.(I reinstalled stock pipes for touring.)@@TwoWheelsOneLife

I’ve had my vulcan at 90 on straights and 85 on turns. She buzzes a little but doesn’t bother me none. It’s my first bike after a 10 year lay off. 16 years ago had a vulcan 900. Then Yamaha vstar 1100. Then a 1300. The higher cc are great, but not needed for touring. They just make it easier and a little more fun.
