Nice vid! From my perspective I'd add about food: - foodcourts at malls are not safest places to eat. Actually it's where I got first and only(!) food poisoning in Asia. Highly depends on point where you order the food though, but just be careful. Street food is ironically actually more safe - coffeeclub btw is good option with western food, it's australian chain, and theres LOTS of them in the city actually, and prices are average - local beef is not high quality one and can contain lots of heavy metals, so I recommend to buy imported beef in supermarkets like Gourmet Market if you cook by yourself. And if you just time-to-time taking some local streetfood thats OK, you'll not die from that :)

Love BKK. Spent 3 months. Just gotta avoid the tourist areas and stay by the BTS, ekkamai phrong pong etc. The air quality is the only significant question for me personally. Skytrain 5G Coworking general vibe food convenience, cost of living - all next level. Do you think your visit and make a video of chiang mai? I was there as a nomad in 2012 way before it became super popular (and possibly cringe with course sellers , scammers, etc).

I don’t think Chiang Mai is my vibe but probably one day I will visit.

Dubai or Bangkok/Pattaya? Which is winner for comfortable living? Renting an ocean-view condo is so cheap in TH compared to the UAE.

Not even close. Dubai is much better. Thai is cheap for a reason.

Look at the traffic, noise and air pollution. Is this going into the right direction?

I was in Bangkok last year for a couple of weeks, and it's the pits. The food was horrible, the people were extremely poor and everything is dirty as hell. Staying at the 5 star Sheraton, the water was not drinkable and was yellow coming out of the shower and this was "normal" the hotel said. I hated it so much that I booked a 3 week stay in Dubai right after that trip just to see what a real beautiful city looks like. Dubai is THE best city in the world, bar none.

I am not sure in which area you stayed, however, I spent 4 months living near Ekkami BTS and had a great time. Great food, wonderful people, drinkable tap water if boiled. The area was very clean, a few homeless /beggars but all good and calm.

Show me your receipts of having actually visited Bangkok (plain ticket purchase, visa stamps, hotel booking etc.) otherwise to me you remain "a woman who claims to have been r*ped".

@@gmm5550 you realize you are comparing a 3rd world country to the U.S. where in Thailand you can't drink the water and most people survive like little girls of 12 years old selling themselves for sex everyday out in the open EVERYWHERE to survive???

How does the offshore income situation and potential digital nomad visa compare to Bali? They’ve also been hinting at one for a while….
