I going to teach you a few pro Chef tips! 1. Have all your ingredients at room temp, except for the butter! 2. Shave your close to frozen butter into your sled rising flour , and once shaved work into the flour with your finger to create the same size butter pieces. 3. Separate the room temp eggs, if your in a hurry give the eggs a hot water tap bath to speed up the warming process! 4. Cream of tartar and egg white to stuff up, 1/4 of organic sugar to shine up the stiff egg whites. 5. Spin up the egg yokes till they become pale yellow! If your egg yokes are Orange to a yummy inviting orange velvet color, at this point keep spinning up as your slowly poor in the honey, till all the honey is incorporated! 6. Followed in your egg whites, and then into your greased baking dish! Off to the oven! When you follow this steps it give the self rising flour the helping hand it needs to make OMG the most amazing, moist, yummy honey cake you every tasted! It’s like the cake kisses your taste buds sending omg signals to your brain. It’s that good.
