This recipe is low in calories and tastes amazing. Its definitely one of my fav dishes to make for everyone.
recipe serves 4
In bowl mix
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp water
- 2 cloves garlic finely chopped
- 650g chicken breast cut
You’ll need to cover the chicken pieces in wholemeal flour and cook chicken in airfrier
In pan cook
- 2 tbsp sesame seed oil
- 1 large spring onion
- 2 large carrots
- 1 large red pepper
Add basmati rice and mix well
Add 1 large can of peas
Add 2 tbsp soy sauce
Mix well
Serve rice with chicken, some sweet chilli, fresh basil and sesame seeds
