Indi jay Exactly. ..like seeing pics of women they slept with(I wonder if Tam n Adrienne would be ok with their exs telling new gfs that they had sex with them n intimate details)...Besides ppl dnt always tell you the truth about their past esp when its something negative..Some questions should be asked but wanting to know if you are the flyest is not 1 of them because "flyness" does not hold a relationship together..Adrienne knew Israel cheated on his wife more than once and and kids outside of his marraige which means he couldve easiky given his wife a STD yet she still married him...some women find out bad things n still chose the man anyway

Jannah Shah They're not talking about whether or not the person might be a former child molester or murderer. They're talking who he or she dated. Why fixate on who they dated before, if they're with you now, especially if they love and care about you? Would you really give that up because their ex is prettier than you?

Right because I'm good at digging. I need to know about who came before me. Baby mamas and ex girlfriends that were long term. I'm not going in blind that's just plain crazy. We could just be talking about women in general for example and how they all superficial and I'll find a way to slide in a question about an ex without him noticing and next thing you know he has told me the whole damn story of the relationship from beginning to end lol.

I actually went to a party before with a guy I was with and his ex was there. I had no idea until after. I found out I met her and her friends in the bathroom. I was just making small talk with the girls in the bathroom being nice and they were rude and didn't really speak back but I just brushed it off like whatever them bitches probably hating. Then after she called him cussing and being mad that I was there. I was actually happy I didn't know she was there, I would have been a little uncomfortable. I had fun at the party, I was so unbothered and she was so mad the whole time, poor girl. She realized that that's just how much of a non mother fucking factor she was to us, we had it tf up.

I rarely comment on these videos but in this case, I agree with both sides excluding Adrienne. Adrienne just wants a one up on the ex women. It's rather childish to walk up in a place and see my man's ex and be like "Yeah sweetie, I know who you are and I got the ring!" (referencing part 1 of the clip) If we are being that petty, did Israel show her all the pictures of the women he cheated on his ex wife with? Did he show her the picture of the woman he had kids with outside of his marriage? I normally let her be great since she's on been married for a hot second and now she's acting like wife of the century. Adrienne really got under my skin the past 2 clips from this particular conversation. I personally would want to know because I am nosey like Tamera, however I agree with Jeannie and Loni about lurking too much and getting your feelings hurt and finding out stuff you didn't want to know.

Women need to stop blaming themselves for their cheating men. If a man cheats he's the one who can't be loyal - all relationships have problems, but not everyone cheats. Cheating is a MAJOR character flaw that falls on the responsibility of the cheater. If you got problems with your partner then get some help together, don't go running to a stranger for comfort. AshleyLaGata In a perfect world. But sometimes there's "the one that got away." You never find another person like that individual, so you end up settling for the next best thing and then you end up getting married and starting a family with that person. It happens. If we all wait around for "the one" to show up, the human race would die out.
@AshleyLaGata
7 жыл бұрын
peanutjelly I don't believe that marriage is necessary to survive or should be done without a need. I dont take a contract like that lightly. My husband and I are citizens of different countries, we met while living abroad in the same country. We knew if we wanted to spend our lives together we had to get legally married, otherwise we would not have gotten married, just moved in and built our life together like normal. I only did it bc he's the best thing that's every happened to me and I won't let anyone or anything take him from me. I would NEVER have gone through a this to be married to a person who wasn't the best I ever had. Marriage is a lifelong journey, and if you're like me, immigration and other things try to rip you apart as well. Just seems strange that a person would just get married for no real reason to a person they aren't completely in love with. Maybe when you're older and all you want is companionship and not to die alone
@peanutjelly727
7 жыл бұрын
Congratulations that you were able to find your most perfect soul mate, but what I'm saying is that this is not the case for many people who start families. And then add to the fact that women can only have children up to a certain age, so that puts even more pressure on them to settle down with someone they know they may not be the most compatible with. I'm sure your union with your husband is picture perfect, but there are definitely people out there who would take full advantage of the "he's the best thing that ever happened to me and I won't lake anyone or anything take him away from me" mentality, seeing it as desperate and perfect to exploit for a green card or something. Sure, they like that person well enough, but maybe there are more benefits to the relationship than love or maybe they don't want to have to go through the dating process all over again with a brand new individual. The fact of the matter is, we all look for a perfect 10, but you just may have to settle for a solid 7 or even a 6. It doesn't mean you can't have a decent quality of life. That's life.
@AshleyLaGata
7 жыл бұрын
peanutjelly maybe I didn't make my point clear, my apologies. I don't think people need to get married. I don't think people need to have children. I would never have done either of those things without finding a connection that was above and beyond, especially adding in immigration and everything else we've had to do. People just get married to get married. We're not all looking for a spouse. I wasn't, I would've just as easily never gotten married or even in a serious longterm monogamous relationship. The fact that people settle just to get married or have children (there's invitro and adoption) is absurd.

Think about wanting a job position, if really interested, it's best to do a little BACKGROUND research on it, just to get a better understanding of the COMPANY moving forward. You want to decide your strengths and weakness early on before moving forward with the partner. It's a tool for success. Others call it nosey, I call it, me being a step ahead. prepared!

Myronn Coleman no they don't need to know about that at all. That is my emergency money in case anything goes wrong. If I tell him about it, I don't want him dipping into it or even asking questions about it.

I agree with Jeannie, not everything needs to be told or known, I think obviously most things should be told but it's all up to your discernment and I'd never ask just to be nosy because if I don't like the answer that's going to be something that sticks with me

lipsohlips97 how many sexual partners they've had isn't really related to stds. you can sleep with one person and get hiv.

yes but if someone is more sexually active than someone else or like had a lot of partners they are more likely to have some type of STD. What if this person does not get regularly tested? Then even they wouldn't know if they had something..

Girls we have different perspective in our own lives. But for me, I would agree with Jeannie because I don't want to ask my boyfriend who are the people that he's been with in his past, all I care about is our future that he's faithful and loyal to me while he's with me and I guess that's the most important at all.

Some people are just nosy, aka ME. 😂 But Jeannie has a point about it keeping you up at night. However Adrienne ALSO has a point about needing to understand WHY it's keeping you up at night.

This was a good balance of different views in this Girl Chat. Needed to hear that from Jeannie, I'm nosy and a lot of the things I want to know are too trivial, I'm pretty much Tamera lol.

But I believe men have the tendency to hold things you have done in previous relationships against you. If I have learned anything in my 23 years it would be not to tell everything that happened in the past in your new relationship.

Like Tamera I too am nosey with my partner. I think this allows both partners to know how much they trust you and open up. And if you're serious with on another it shouldn't matter what you ask. I know it shouldn't matter but it's not a big deal if you ask either.

I guess everyone is so grown and mature in life and that's great. But I like Adrienne, because she is the person that says what we're really thinking. I know I have looked at my boyfriend ex, and in the back of my head have said "I know I'm the flyest", ..lol.

Guys dont WANT to know all that. Every guy I have dated has been like, "why are you telling me that, I DONT want to know!" Quickest way to end your relationship... tell ya man the guys youve dated, and the stuff you guys did, and the one you liked the most. Past relationships are OVER. The new one is a fresh start. Leave the past behind.

The thing is, in the context of marriage and relationships of that caliber, our journeys didnt just start when we met. They started before. So why wouldn't we want to know the chapters of each other's lives from before? Why wouldn't we want to know the pasts that shaped us and made us into the people we love, today? And if we truly love each other, why wont we be willing to share everything? To me, the natural response when you truly love and accept someone is that you want to know more, to go deeper, to know everything about them. I think for other less serious kinds of relationships (casual dating, flings, fwb, etc) it would be considered nosey and prying. But from the time there is that level of serious intent in dating, that changes things. And you have to find someone on the same level who wouldn't find this natural loving response to know more, intrusive. Also it's just straight up sexually responsible to know each other's sexual history (STIs/STDs). So Tamera and Adrienne I think have husbands who are on their level. And they all love each other on that same level as well. They're not nosey cuz they're girls. And its not about comparing to previous partners. It's about love and connection. And being the closest person to your spouse. By knowing everything there is to know about them and vice versa.
