This is a quick and easy recipe good for the cold and flu season. Taking this in the morning gives an invigorating effect. The ginger and lemon are not overpowering and is soothing to the throat. Whenever you feel some malaise, eat the lemon and ginger and sip some honey. Many people have tried this and said they feel refreshed when taking this tonic.
