I am a 77 year old widow good thing I learned to do a lot of things since my husband was a long haul driver.Worse he had colon cancer passed away leaving me a young widow with our little boy to raise. As time has passed I am proud to say I have become a jack of all trades but more importantly I have been able to help other widows and families where there is a man that just leaves the water cut off to sinks that don't work or drained lines are stopped up.Thank you for showing how to do plumbing I know it will help a lot of people.

Aaron's version of "Ask This Old House". 😊 When you were talking as though you would re-install that old faucet, i was thinking "No Aaron! Buy your lady a pretty new faucet!" 😮 Thank you. I am very happy for Coree. ❤

If she puts the things under the counter in a basket it makes it easy to pull out when needed. My whole life at home was pulling everything out, until I could find it. LOL Now I have pull out shelves but I still use the basket under the bathroom sink. My husband hates that I know more about plumbing then he does. LOL Great job, but I would have checked the aerator first. But I'm sure coree will love that new sink. Our house was turn key, but I still changed the toilet, faucets, and shower heads. Your going to make her so happy with all the pretty additions.

Actually, I'm a 70 year old widow and I have done all this myself. It's not that hard. Luckily I did it a few years ago. The hardest part is crawling under the sinks and getting out! Changed out both bathroom sinks and the kitchen sink. Even fixed my garbage disposal once. It had a small rusted out place. Put a small piece of metal and JB Weld (which is wonderful stuff) on it and it lasted me a few more years! If I tried to do it now, I would need a life alert! I've fallen and I can't get up!

I learned something new, I would never have thought the faucet was the problem once the aerator was cleaned out and still no pressure. Thanks!

I like to put plumbers putty under the plastic piece on the sink before tightening it down in case water pools on top.

You do know the top of the fluid master ballcock top snaps off and you can clean out debris. I installed hundreds of them and in my opinion that is the best one.👍🇺🇸

Coree I think they are referring to the wall under the sink where the cabinet comes down and there is a space or gap between the cabinet and wall that is discolored from time the house was empty .Only when your own your knees looking way up could it be notice.I agree not mold.

I see it. It's probably where the old cabinets sat. The ones we have are new ones put in by the church. Def no mold here id smell it.

Easy stuff to fix it yourself. I have done it myself. I do dislike going under the sink to unscrew the water lines it hurts my arms. Lol

The kitchen faucet just fyi on the spout where water comes out there is a nut screwed in there that holds rubber gasket. I bet that gasket has deteriorated and the pieces is why no water pressure. So before you pull faucet out, look there for problem and replace rubber washer

Theres no black mold here but there is some water damage in areas we will be cleaning up. Trust me I have a keen eye and nose for black mold because I cannot stand it. Luckily this house gets lots of airflow.
