Okay holy shit 12:00. My father, who committed suicide in 2016, an Eagles fan, once threw his Eagles hat in the fire in rage of a NFC championship loss in 2002 then got it back out. My uncle still had that hat, all burned up, in his basement where it happened. He gave it to me when we won the Super Bowl in 2017.

Like right now, I'm going through some some pretty heavy things, and hearing Josh talk openly about his problems really helps. It's not the same problems, but it's just hearing folks talk about what really eats at them and working through it on the mic. Thank you for making this show, Mr. Sickler.

When my grandfather died he had a really big funeral because he was a police chief in Shreveport. During it there was a military or police buddy of his who was playing taps with a bagpipe. But he was so broken up that it came … out … like … shit! My brothers and I were just staring at our shoes TRYING to hold it together. I looked up a BARELY saw the SLIGHTEST grin and LOST IT! We had to leave and there are people who STILL don’t talk to us 20 years later!

19:30 Decision Paralysis: something i often struggle with when dealing with depression (especially during a "low" period) its basically means you dont want to make any decision because lots of decisions you've made recently have led you upto this "low" point in life so why bother moving forward with a decision? so you don't act at all and you're almost always in a worse position than before..

Well...almost ;) Also: your convo about CVD19 for some reason sparked me to start empathizing with each age group and how it has affected them differently. Arent all of our babies freaking out by not seeing faces in public? Im 30 and started a biz in JAN....RIGHT BEFORE IT HIT. Then theres the parents and the school kids....and then the loner older crowd.....and people without families....and people with families that they cant see. Every single human is being changed by this no matter what we do. My heart goes out to everyone. Thanks for the laughs you two.....I know you know youre helping the world more than you will give yourself credit for. Gang
