500 g samcan
20 gr gula batu
2 batang daun bawang bagian putih
2 buah star annise
4 iris jahe
2 lmbr Daun salam
2 sdm angciu
1.5 sdm kecap asin
1/2 sdm kecap asin pekat
1/2 sdt lada putih bubuk
1.5 liter air

2 bay leaves
2 tbsp cooking rice wine
1.5 light soy sauce
1/2 tbsp dark soy sauce
1/2 tsp ground white pepper
1.5 litre water
