I'm building a Paladin for big swings and big smites while using perma-death rules for me and my companions. Here are my run rules:
1. If Main character dies, the run ends.
2. If a companion dies, they stay dead. (I'm allowed to pick them up before they fail all saving throws, but no after they completely die.)
3. No Withers resurrect allowed.
