Really liked the video, thank you very much for the trouble. Now, I know the video goes back to 2012, but even then, I'm positive it could either be remastered, or have been filmed in, at least, 720p. It's Hoppe's man, com'on you got an over 100 y/o name behind you :-)

Wouldn't you rather have it longer to get the best advantage in length to cleaning more deposits I use the rifle ones in my pistols isn't going to to any harm

That blast n shine ate my trigger guard up!Please put a bigger warning on the can before somebody melts a glock with it.A little overspray got on my scope and ate it up too.Love hoppe products but that stuff is murder to plastic!

So if I spray the cleaner directly in the bore wont it all pool at the bottom?

Did anybody else notice the cleaner being ejected from the muzzle when the cleaning rod was pushed into the breech ? Just watch again from 2:53 to 3:27, watch closely, see the Elite Cleaner spitting out of the muzzle end ? So my questions is what good is spraying the cleaner into the muzzle end ? Now I know he sprayed some on the swab on the rod before inserting into the breech end,.. so why the muzzle end first ? it did nothing, except to waste cleaner. Prove to me why this method is helpful in cleaning my rifles !

In a nut shell the end of a barrel necks down right so I wood in have the highest deposits of fallowing & yes I saw it to but take in account it was a rush job to demonstrate the techniques witch yes waste a bit but still serves a purpose LoL hope this makes sense and helps.

I totally agree with Jack Daniel (not the bottle 🙄). It is illogical to spray into the muzzle end. OOPS for nothin’.

No. Hoppe Elite is simply rebranded MPro-7 which is the current Army issued lubricant.

Hoppe's, by its spelling, is pronounced like "shop's." Same goes for "shoppe's." It isn't "hoppies."

Don't buy this garbage (hopes elite) Gummed up and stuck my side charge bcg on my ar... Like really stuck! Gun sat for maybe 2 months(june-aug) My next move is to go buy a hair dryer and see if I can heat it up enough to unjam. Then simple green this crap off. Not a cheap gun (gibbz arms $800 complete upper). Not happy.
