The timing couldn't be better. The Game Theorists (MatPat's channel) put out a 4 part video series covering everything from the start to finish in a narrative story format. In the upcoming week or two, all those 4 part video will be combined into one long video to be consumed in one sitting. The theory videos themselves are kinda difficult. Of course all of them are really interesting to watch. The day I discovered them, I binged the whole series instead of sleeping at night. But FNAF lore constantly changes or new clues come up that debunks the older theories etc, so most of the older videos are outdated as of right now. And the newer ones wouldn't make sense without watching the older ones to grasp the foundations. So the latest 4 part video series is your best bet at getting all the information you need.

I know Mark’s reaction and shocked expression to the bite of 87/83 is mostly used as a meme now. But, it makes sense. As it’d be horrifying and Mark had become pretty invested in the gruesome horror story that Scott created. But, it’s still horrifying to think of, imagine you’re at a local gun pizzeria, and you witness a kid’s cranium get severely broken from a once moved animatronic? I’d be pretty scary. The contrast would be greatly unsettling. On that note, it’d be great if Mark actually made a cameo in the upcoming movie.

Just like everyone has been stating in the comments, MatPat’s four part series of the Ultimate Timeline is the most up to date and creates a narrative throughout the timeline of Fnaf that’s enjoyable. Of course just like any theory it’s not perfect but right now for the Fnaf franchise it’s the best timeline spanning over the Fnaf games at this point and creates a great story that connects all the games more cleanly. There is also citations in each video that display that the info came from a book, past video, or other sources of Fnaf.

A lot of things were changed since this. For example, the crying child was only really scared of golden freddy and not the others as he watched the show and had plushies. They also explained why the bodies were stuffed. He had to hide the bodies and you can't get them out of the building so... who would check the robots. And the five nights at freddy's indie games (in the FNAF games itself) was actually made to basically belittle the events and make people comfortabe with the fazbear name again and not think much of the murders so people will go to the new location once built.
