This is a basic flow sequence for equestrian yoga. it has been a job adapted from chair yoga and utilizes the motion of the horse and some basic positions. including lawyers one two and three. we do this at a walk in both directions and it really helps with balance, the next cycle up is to stand in the saddle for each position halfway around the circle.
