@@C.SchneiderdosSantosPires It is openly stated on the "Melody" section of the Wikipedia page of Horst Wessel Lied that the melody *was taken from* "Konigsberg-Lied" which Horst Wessel no doubt heard in the past

It's an old German song(WW1 Era I think)so no its not stolen.And since most of the members of the SA and NSDAP were veterans of the Great War,they had the right to use the melody.Just like the Argonnerwald music was used in the Durch Deutsches Land.So cry me a river.
