Glad you gave the stove a second chance. Loved how u were honest and decided to leave for the night. Good for you. At least you'll have a few months to get a better stove. I made some suggestions so hope u get a safer stove. Glad you contacted the manufacturer for the stove

Another great video and I agree you made the best decision that stove is not safe, sad part id some new camper getting into this kind of stuff might not recognize that danger. If the company didn't get back to me in a bit I think I'd have to have a rotten tomatoes video and name the stove and their customer service. That's just me LOL. Keep the Strain on her and keep the videos coming

Yes b'y... too bad. Such a nice day to have come to an end like that. Would've been nice if you could wake up to a storm after a nice nap being confident of your stove and stock er full for another day of troutin'. Good decision though. I started ice camping this year, myself and my boy. Loves it but I used a Big Buddy propane heater. Can't complain. I know there's no beating the wood heat but they're convenient. My first trip was -30°c. We had a ball. Hope you figure this out and enjoy your next outing.

Good decision buddy. Cannot take any chance with that stove. Personally most of the time I use the wood stove till I go in bed and I use a propane heater when we sleep. But it take more room to carry it.
