Hotel Style Mixed Vegetable by Cooking Mate | Mix Vegetable Sabzi
Ingredients:
Five mixed vegetables (chopped) - 5 to 6 cups
I took potatoes, pointed gurd, carrots, sweet pumpkins, raw papaya and Long Beans (barbati).
Soaked Chick Peas (Chana Dal) - 1/4 cup
Onion (chopped) - 2 tablespoons
Green Chili - 4 pieces
Ginger-garlic paste - 1/2 tbsp
Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Chili powder - 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - 1/2 table spoon - 1 teaspoon
Oil - 2 tablespoons
Water - as needed
Whole green chili - 4 p.m.
Coriander leaves - 2 tablespoons
Fried cumin powder - 1/4 teaspoon
To tempering:
Oil - 4 tablespoons
Dried Red chili - 3 tbsp
Half-broken panchforan - 1/2 table spoon
Garlic powder - 4 cloves
Onion (chopped) - 2 tablespoons
