Trying to complete 2 weeks doing this! (I had to skip 6 days and I just decided to do this list now.) Started: 01/07/2023 Day 1: It was fun and easy Day 2: Hard and tiring Day 3: Hard and tiring Day 4: It was a bit easier Day 5: Tiring Day 6: Began to get way easier Day 7: Tiring and hard again Day 8: Hard Day 9: I began to notice some difference on my stomach and hips, still tiring but was easy Day 10: Hard Day 11: Tiring and hard Day 12: Easy actually! Day 13: I noticed that my belly began to get flat which is good. Easy! Day 14: Tiringgg Day 15: I gave up on the 2 last exercises, my body was shaking so much so yeah, hard. I skipped a lot of days, but I see quite A LOT of difference. My body shape does actually look like an hourglass. Not completely, but it's a great start! (04/08) it's 27/08 now and I started it again. Day 16: I had to skip the last exercise because I couldn't handle the weight 🤦 Day 17: Again, skipped the last one because I got an arm cramp

Out of many videos I’ve seen, this is my favorite workout! I did this off and on last year, as I just routinely did it after work. I’m a SAHM full time now, so I decided to try for everyday! I keep track of my streak by doing my Duolingo lessons after 😂 it’s a great system! I always see results with this specific video!!

Hey guys updating this after 12 days!! ✅DAY 1: Feel really sore, body aches ✅DAY 2: Arms are sore, but it’s getting easier! ✅DAY 3: Arms gave out a couple of times but I’m feeling more awake ✅DAY 4: I was feeling more motivated so I did it twice and it was quite easy! ❌DAY 5: SKIPPED(I was at a football game) ✅DAY 6: It was whatever, a little challenge but not too bad

Update!!! Day1:was okay but felt the burn 😅 Day 2:was a lot harder bc of the first day but I did it!❤ Day 3:Did it!was okay felt that burn! Day 5:going strong so far! Day6:So much easier! Day7:A WEEK WOW! Day 8:👍 Day 9:felt sick so skip Day 10:Omg 10days?!❤

Day 1: I know this isn’t that much but I lost 3.2 pounds just from doing this (I will probably regain it tomorrow 😂) also I really felt the burn (I might forget to comment tomorrow) Day 2: I felt the burn and was sweating a lot (Let’s see if I find my comment tomorrow💀)

I have been doing this for 5 days now and I lost 3.5 kgs 🙂 My current diet is: Breakfast: 1 black coffee no sugar or milk, one peace of dark chocolate and a bowl of ham salad. Lunch: I usually eat what I want. As long as it's healthy And I rarely have dinner, sometimes just a bowl of popcorn.

@@JosieCarroll-ht9xn I understand what you mean about the food, I don't eat like this because of any sort of Diet , unfortunately I have a limited choice of foods because of allergies and intolerance so I work with what I can. I can't consume eggs, any type of nuts, fish, gluten the list goes on... I get majority of the other vitamins I need from supplements 🙂 (always with medical advice)

Wear a tampon and take pain medication then do a low impact workout or bed workouts don’t do much but better then nothing also drinking lots of water and just eating healthy will help too

Alright, this is my first time. I will do this for 14 days from now on Day 1: Done. ahhhhh it was so hard. I was out of breath by the end but I did it all. Day 2: DONEEEEE the burn was real. This isn't your first time doing this video, you may have quit before but you won't now, you and Eli are doing great. You'll thank me in the future. KEEP GOING. You made it to you second day CONGRATULATIONS🎉🎉 Day 2: It was actually easier, you did a really good job. Keep it up You made it to day 3 very late it's almost 3am but at least you made it, so proud. Day 3: It was easy this time you still can't do the 4th exercise but that's fine considering what else you do. Keep going you're doing great. You made it to day 4 although it was a little sloppy, you made it through pretty great. Day 4:It was easy this time, you're still here and that's wonderful. Keep going, you're almost at a week. You made it to day 5 and that's absolutely wonderful. Day 5: Congrats you made it to your 5th day. You cannot do the 2nd stage of leg flutters and that's fine because you're doing everything else wonderfully. You made it to day 6 and you're doing much better than when you started. Day 6: so easy its like it wasn't even a challenge, you're almost at a week. I'm going to comment here to keep me motivated (english is not my 1st languange, so if theres any mistakes i'm really sorry) Day 1: there was some workouts i couldn't finish, my pulse is hurting and so is my butt and legs, and i was shaking sm.
