To clarify: THIS SONG IS NOT IN 3/4. IT'S SUPPOSED TO BE 6/8. Though it's almost the same thing, 6/8 has a different feeling. I actually messed up by using an online tab as reference and then later on I never checked the time signature for some reason.

Exactly! Both have the same number of eighth notes. The difference lies in how the eighth notes are grouped (into three pairs of eighth notes for 3/4 time, but into two groups of three eighth notes for 6/8 time).

Oh it definitely could be. It's quite a weird chord and it really is not easy to hear what he played there. I think most ascends are fine there as long as it ends with the 7th fret since it's a build-up. I'm just glad that I included the outro cause a lot of people sort of like end it with a fade. Nice video, thanx for making it, sweet bass too bro. I am a retired professional drummer of close to 40 years and at 57, and after 20+ surgeries mostly on both feet and lower back (and each thumb) I bought a bass. A cheapy, then swapped out the tuners, bridge, strings, knobs...everything but the electronics, but I will soon. My plucking hand (right) is kickin' butt only after a couple months but it's my fretting hand (the ugly stepchild...) that is road blocking me, so I appreciate videos like this one. 🙏🎸❤ Got some drum videos up (of course) and one bass video, super easy tune played all wrong, but it's a start!!
