THANK YOU so much for answering my question about my White Princess Philo! So good to know it's not pests, but wow, so strange. If it's just a "weird" thing, totally fine.

I have a plant question. I can't seem to keep a lemon lime maranta or red maranta alive. I'm working on my 4 and 5 plant. I know your environment has a lot to do with it. I have a good humidifier and grow lights. is it where it's place it , that keeps my plants in RIP mode??? I was thinking about trying one more time using your DIY plant pole with the sansi double lights.,and using a chunky soil mix. is that sani light good enough . one light for each 8-inch pot. 🤔 found 8- in. plants for $10.00 each. I'm hoping to be successful this time around 🙏 😊

Hi!! I'm so glad I found your channel but i NEED HELP!! I had just purchased a very sick Scinapsus Treubii "moonlight" that has very brown sad looking leaves. The soil was super super wet and the roots are good except a few dead ones. How do I save this baby.

Also those insulated shopping bags like for bringing home ice cream or frozen foods. If they are not huge, then. You can use those to bring home the plants.

I never knew what the extra floral nectaries were and especially the sap bits on the leaf undersides! I thought I had a weird pest situation as well… that’s so good to know

You can shower all your philodendrons to wash off the floral nectaries. I see it done all the time.

What grow light brands or like models would you recommend? I’ve been actually trying to look into them a little this weekend.. I am in canada as well so I don’t know if we have all the same things? Thank you! :)

I use Leca. A lot of my plants are still in actual chunky pudding mix that I used when I first started out and then I have some in my soilless mix but going to Leca (or pon as well).

I am new at growing house plants, 76. Old but love ❤️ plants. No one has answered me- my alocasia Hilo beauty is losing leaves. They turn yellow, curl and die off. Why? What am I doing wrong? Plan is not sitting in water or sopping wet just a little little damp at times. I am down to one leaf.

Most likely light related! They need a ton of light
