If they would get together and clean up their community that wouldn’t happen. Ghettos are only the fault of the people who live there. No one is stopping your community from coming together picking up trash, mowing yards, and slapping some paint on your house. They live in ghettos because they create them.

They don’t care. These neighborhoods are mostly black neighborhoods and full of gang violence, drugs, and prostitution. They don’t care what living conditions they are in. Plus it doesn’t help that the city doesn’t also clean up the streets. Our mayor is disgusting for not giving our tax dollars to schools and communities like this to better Houston.

Just because it looks like that doesn’t mean the people are going to straight up kill. I’m born and raised in the east part of Houston and I’ve meant some of the most humble friendly people. Heck one of my best friend stay in the hood and I love him to death. Just respect and don’t put yourself in any dangerous situation, if you can do that then you will be okay.

3rd ward is also a of Houston, it would be nice if the city took pride in all areas and do there part in keeping all sections of the city maintained, large trash pickup sidewalks repairs, streets and ditches tended to things like that would go a long way in looking as nice as they appear to be peaceful, so you are right the city should take pride in all it's area not some and neglect others

Big difference between there and Houston would likely be the weather. Houston’s weather is a sharp contrast to Michigan in the winter time. Christmas 2021 the high had reached the low to mid 80s here.

Dallas ain't sift like that but 3rd Ward worst than any Dallas hood. Houston have 4 hoods that's been on The F.B.I. Most Dangerous Neighborhood List. If you think I'm lying then search for yourself. I uses to work at the Harris County Jail. I know, 3rd Ward one if them. It's another hood in Houston in the Southside that was listed worst than 3rd Ward(😐). Dallas has never been on that list.

No problem with Houston at all. Matter of fact, my niece was born in Houston Texas, but, she is now 35yrs Old. I'm 46 and I love watching these videos. It's very interesting to look at a totally different lifestyle that some ppl have. It's very interesting to me. I love it, but I ain't going near the hood. I'm scared.

True finishing elementary school in Houston's ward; I later saw the same level of activity while hanging with APD (officers driving while lit damaging property) and while attending law school. When you come from our hoods it's harder to "make it" but if you persevere nothing or no one can stop you.

All of Houston is trash now. Not just the 3rd & 5th ward, Acres Homes, Scenic Woods and Settegast but all of it is a great place to get robbed, carjacked or murderer. I grew up on the NE side on Green River not far from the original Lakewood Church. It was no different than most of this.

Black people in that neighborhood have to help themselves. Cutting the grass is taking pride in your yard. Trimming the vines on the fence is not hard

This area that he drove in is around the 3rd ward by U of H and southeast of downtown. I was also born in this area and parents lived here til I was 2.

These r beautiful neighborhoods that raised me with an incredible amount of real estate interest. Beautiful people, survivors, hard workers home owners. May not be picket fence but it's home. One love to the ghetto queen that birthed us

man that place is run down as hell. i live in philadelphia and this is pretty bad. thats beyond gentrification. most bad areas used to be nice but i bet its never been nice in most of these places

how come you people do not show or drive into some of the trailer parks that would be interesting but no you dont want people to see how some of the other people live no you want to profit from the less fortunate ypu are part of the problem we will all be judged one day by the same judge .

Ok now I'm not mad at HOA. This is a mess and people walking in the street. Getting out the car leaving they door open just no care in the world. And they can all stay right there
