In 2022 I ran 4600km. In this video I discuss how my fitness improved through longer ultramarathons, faster MAF tests and running PBs. I discuss what I believe led to me becoming a faster runner. With personal bests in the mile, 10k and half marathon. I also discuss my big running goals for next year including the running PBs which I am targeting.
