Caesars are Canada's national drink. The traditional recipe calls for vodka - but in today's video we've added a twist that's super delish (and dare I say better than the original vodka) by using gin.
After one sip, you'll understand why this tasty, spicy, iconic cocktail makes it's appearance on patios, backyard BBQs, campsites, brunches and just about any celebration.
Packed with all that goodness and flavour- this cocktail can be a snack all by itself.
If you've never had one - they're kinda like a bloody Mary....but better.
What you'll need:
Caesar salt (or celery salt)
1.5 oz. gin
dash Worcestershire sauce
dash Tabasco (add spice to taste or eliminate if you don't like spice)
Clamato juice
Garnish : traditionally with celery stalk, dill pickle and lemon wedge (another fave is pickled green beans or asparagus)
