Hey Guys great job on the mashtun prosses. Looking forward in seeing a new video on the rest of the Brew day as a whole. And that to the bright tank and packaging. Cans or bottles and kegs. And maybe serving tanks. You Guys are helping new Breweries all over America. Keep up the great work. From The CEO of Brew On America. And the welder behind JAY THE WELDER BEER FROM CIGAR CITY BREWING TAMPA. BREW ON AMERICA 🇺🇸!!! Give us call anytime.

Thanks guys for sharing!! It's I think very nice to see what is the difference between those 2 worlds. Starting to think about something similar as your incubator... I will tag along ;)

Thanks so much for the video guys. I've just been given the opportunity to be the brewer for a 7bbl brewery from being homebrewer and doing some 3bbl collaborations with some places. Any advice you could give would be most appreciated!!!!

What typically is your strike temperature, and your sparge temp. And did not hear you speak of resting the mash at different temps. That confuses me a bit/ Thank you great video

Thanks guys! Great video. Does the grist hydrator also eliminate/minimize the chance of dough balls in the mash tun?

What about raking the grains during sparring?

Why use a separate boiler and mash tun? Could you not raise the grain in an internal pot with false bottom, sparge then remove before boiling like on a grainfather type system?

At this size its probably more work than just 2 seperate tuns

So, what is the water temperature to preheat the vessel before dough in? Does that temp. Change to a cooler temp. When running the mill auger and hydrator?

The HLT is set to 180 - but we have an in-line cold water source to dial that back to any specific strike temp we want!

@@steelbarrel499 at what point do you apply your water chemistry? In the mash tun? What about your sparge water ?
