Best are glass ones. Easy to clean, no bacteria growing inside micro-cuts. For cross-contamination best are silicone ones. Silicone is naturally anti-bacterial.

It’s like this video is just for me. Just bought a house, don’t have any cutting boards, and was looking for info literally two days ago. Thanks again for the good info 💯

Great video. Thanks for sharing. I will be ordering one from your link. Did I miss where you got the other cutting board from? Have you done or will you do a video on knives?

You're welcome Erica. Here is the other board that I use (amzn.to/2COOP7S) Mine is a bit older but this is a good one. I will be doing a knife sharpening and a knife skills video soon!

Just bought a long grain teak one off amazon that’s huge for $100, before that I had a bamboo one from pampered chef for nearly 15 years. Wes from high falutin low carb shared the link. Also another issue with composite is they stink like glue when wet, I only use it to flash freeze my sausages.,

Teak is an awesome wood for anything in the kitchen. Bamboo is by far the toughest! But it's a little too hard for my favorite chef knife. I find it dulls it quickly and I'm too lazy to have to keep sharpening it.

How do you like your cutting board? I was looking at buying that one.

Baribrooks I like it, but it is not 100 % flat. You also need to oil it a lot in the beginning. It’s a bit too big as well.

nice. I sharpen my own knives, wonder if you, sometime, could do a video about knife sharpening at home.....

I do. I found a super simple technique using a carbon ceramic rod. But I want to make a video on it soon.

This is the type of shit that scares people from cooking. People just buy any cutting board. Plastic, wood, rock. Nothing! It doesn’t change the flavor. If you want to learn how to cook just do it. Your going to fail! It’s okay. Just half all the Ingredients and cook experiment. When you learn that it’s actually a lot easier than you thought it’s probably the best feeling ever to know you can prepare delicious food in your own home

Love the videos but when are you going to eat raw meat? Try raw beef, fish, pork and raw eggs. Don't forget raw blood.
