Good morning brother. About 7 years ago my wife and I woke up from a luke warm worldly slumber and received the Fear of The Lord when we read a book John wrote called Good or God. I am telling you, this will give you a renewed awe and respect for the Word of God!!!! We ended up purchasing 25 books and a full curriculum and led a home Bible study and went through it with several families who were all blessed from it. I remember listening to the audio book and it being so challenging to my worldview. Now when I listen to it, I can't imagine any other way of thinking. Our minds have been renewed and our hearts are grateful. Thank you Jesus and thank you John.

A phenomenal illustration. Thank you, John! For everyone who is skeptical of the truthfulness of biblical scripture or the proper dating of specific biblical texts, understand this: we use the same methods for proofing scriptural texts as we do for any other historical texts. If the Bible is a lie, and if the scriptures are inaccurately dated, then so is the rest of history. If you choose to believe history but reject the Bible, then you're a hypocrite. If you hate Jesus and/or want to discount the historical accuracy of biblical scripture, the best way to do that is to throw out all other ancient texts. Picking and choosing shows your bias.

_"we use the same methods for proofing scriptural texts as we do for any other historical texts."_ - *No we don't... and when we're allowed to, the bible fails.* In all other fields, including history, we go in trying to disprove ideas first and then use the evidence to come to a conclusion... When looking at the bible "scholars" go in trying to prove the ideas in it, and then try to fit the evidence into a predecided conclusion. _"If the Bible is a lie, and if the scriptures are inaccurately dated, then so is the rest of history."_ - *The dating of the scriptures has little to do with the stories in them being true or lies... and conclusions about the bible have nothing to do with the rest of history.* _"If you choose to believe history but reject the Bible, then you're a hypocrite."_ - *False, if you choose to believe only that which can be properly supported, you reject the bible, and accept solid history... that doesn't make you a hypocrite, just the opposite actually.* _"Picking and choosing shows your bias."_ - *Lol, what show's **_your_** bias is the misrepresentation and double standard you use.*

Well here's the thing. Historical texts tend to be inaccurate. They are really only accurate to the observations of the historian. And then there's the extra layer of figuring out what the historian meant in their individual wordings. We can see this in different Bible translations. But it is impossible to say what the full truth of the past is. This is the very problem that historians face. At least my history teacher put it this way. There's also the whole, "whoever wins the wars writes the history books" side of things. It could be that since it is truth, the Bible is entirely cohesive over thousands of years. It is the true Devine word of God. Or it could be that as the bible was transcription generation to generation, that it slowly became a more cohesive story? I would love to see the history of these transcriptions of the bible and see if it changed. It must have, right? I don't know. Also, to find if a text is true, or as close as you can get to true, you need to try to disprove it. That can be a very sticky challange especially when a religion and way of being is on the line. The act of trying to disprove a personal volition of life is a strange and difficult phycological battle. I don't know. At least these have been my challenges. I have been told to put my droughts aside, and just trust that the bible's words are true. Some food for thought. Or I'm just stupid :) 8:28

I can say the bible is true.. the gospel is true, hell is true... as I share the gospel and warning people about hell 2 times in my dream one time a person is choking me telling me "my lost son", another dream a shadowy creature choking me again telling "shut up, shut up!"... Demons are real.. they are here on earth, hell is real, those evil spirits know the gospel is powerful, the bible and the story of Jesus is powerful... those evil spirits are opposing the word of God!!!

“Don’t touch God’s anointed......” Psalms 105:15 and 1 Chronicles 16:22 1. Have we been taught correctly about the Scriptures? 2. Have we understood or studied the Scriptures properly using proper exegesis? 3. What have we been taught about these two passages with the phrase Don’t touch God’s anointed? The word touch in these Scriptures is Naga in Hebrew, 5060 in the Strongs concordance which means (a physical hit or hurt). “Has nothing to do with talking to pastors, teachers, elders or the leadership in possible error of their teaching of the Scriptures or communicating with them when they could be wrong in doctrine or if leadership sins against the church or if you personally need to talk to a leader who sinned against you.

Regardless, you are trying to convey a point I am passionate about so i am still going to read or listen to some of your books: Affable and Rescued. 📍on this topic I would like to see more about the continuity of the text across its many manuscripts as opposed to secular ancient writings. How does it compare to the oldest ancient books or writings we know off. I would like to hear about The Dead Sea Scrolls. I would like to hear about the people who gave their lives to make sure I had this copy….what drove all of them. Many of these people died terrible deaths, what are there thoughts and words about my Bible.

Most of the comments trying to ridicule the info being presented... I pray for yall. For some it's irrelevant how much evidence and facts are given. It's a heart issue. Doesn't make me or anyone else better than you. We had the heart issue too. Then we surrendered to Jesus. And the historical evidence for Jesus is arguably stronger than anyone in history. He is the most talked about, hated, loved, and argued about figure in history.. The question now isn't: "Was Jesus real? Did he really die? Did Jesus really come back to life?" The question boils down to: Will I kneel to this King? Or ignore all the evidence and still choose to reject Him? The beautiful terrifying thing is.... God will give us that choice. The terrifyingly just thing about it all is that eternity comes for us all. Whether you bow to Jesus or not, doesn't change the fact that one day we all will stand before Him for judgment. And those who put their trust in Christ while they lived, will NOT be welcomed because we lived a sinless perfect life, BUT because we surrendered and put our faith in the One who did. The scandal of grace...

“Submitting yourselves one to another in the fear of the lord” (see Eph 5:1-21 context understanding) Ephesians 5:21 21 Submitting yourselves one to another in the fear of God. A. Ephesians 5:21 is set in the contextual meaning of the Whole Body of Christ see Ephesians 5:1-21. *Important to note 📝 Ephesians 5:1-21 Paul is talking to and about the Whole Body of Christ which includes pastors, teachers, elders and leaders. “Let us together look 👀 at this verse in the Greek” Ephesians 5:21 A. Submitting yourselves 5293 hupotasso, to place in submission, in particular in Ephesians 5:21, submitting yourselves [hupotassomei] one to another in the fear of God. B. The word translated “one to another” is ✓ allelos 240 indicating equality of all concerned. ✓ In society all humans, all men and women in various positions of leadership or following and dependence, are equal. ✓ Yet their functions are very and their responsibilities are diverse. ✓ We are all equal before God and yet we have varying functions and responsibilities. So what is Eph 5:21 saying? A. We are all part of the Body of Christ both leaders and the people we are leading, B. Though we have various functions in His Body. C. And in our functioning roles we are not above one another though our functioning roles differ both in responsibilities and in functionality, this is how the Body of Christ works together to complete Gods accomplished common Goal. D. Therefore we are to submit to one another in the fear of the Lord though being in our various functions In the Body of Christ; E. Pastors/teachers/elders/leaders and all of us, no matter what function or role we are functioning in, we all are to submit to the Word of God in fear, when someone (no matter what their role or function is) brings a correction to us in the Word of God. F. The Word of God is the Body of Christ’s plumb line and we all should be willing to submit in humbleness of heart in the Word of God one to another, in no matter who or in what role the person is in, who brings the correction is functioning in. G. For we are all equal before God and yet we have varying functions and responsibilities.
