Core support would be the way to go so it wont show its a bit more money and a pressure relief system needs to be install for releasing water

Folks first thing stop the water unless a tree. Haul in dirt around foundation , extend gutters 6 to 10 ft .keep gutters clean !!

@Jim You may be correct, I-beams may deter a buyer but certainly leaving the wall badly bulged and cracked would be worse.

+Jim Hise +James Barnett Our experience has been that both buyers and especially home inspectors feel that the home is very secure after seeing that foundation repair has been done on the home. In addition, we give a lifetime warranty for all of our foundation and waterproofing work, and the warranty is transferable to the new homeowner. That seems to give a buyers a lot of confidence.

I HAD THIS DONE,IT PUSHED THE WOOD AT THE TOP AND BOWED THE BEAMS? IN 4 PLACES,NOW THE HOUSE HAS A INWARD TAPER? CAN I BOLT STEEL TO THE BEAMS,TO AT LEAST STOP IT? LOOKING ON UTUBE,THANKS
