His view on holding properties is quite contrary to the other guest, I forget his name. The other bloke thinks it is best to sell off some properties after a period of time to clear the debt, and to avoid correction period. I think they are both savvy investors, but they have such different views.

Great point mate! that's a big thing we do at P&P is bring different views from successfully industry experts. Anyone that tells you their way is the only way that works is generally full of it. Truth is there's a lot of different ways it's the individual situation, goal and skill set that plays the biggest role in determining success or not
