Something to note about the Lynetteholm island that is being built, and the advocates against the truck transport through the city, is actually being dealt with in another fashion. As Copenhagen is also expanding its metro systems, a great portion of the soil for the island is being redirected from the subway diggings so the actual distance shipped by trucks is less than if the soil had to be driven out of the city instead. So all things considered it's a net neutral in terms of excess traffic load and associated emissions.

Around 2 months after this was recorded Denmark announced (and signed) they in collaboration with Belgium/Netherlands/Germany and EU would create the worlds largest "fossil fuel to green energy transition" project. In a mega deal (North Sea summit agreement) it was agreed to form a row of small energy islands in the North Sea as bases for huge off shore mega windmill parks that will cover the electrical need for 230 million high energy using Europeans. Additionally the same deal contains the worlds largest hydrogen production where minimum 20 TW energy will be converted to Hydrogen and even other "power to X" fuels based on green energy where electricity are a key component (such as methanol). 40 % of stage 1 (containing the above stats and some more) planned to be ready before end of the decade! THAT is FAST! while the remaining 60% will be operational the following 5 years. SO in one single project windpower will provide the energy needs for over 200 millon people. Imagine if US made same project, just 50% larger and you could make a energy transition in less than 20 years AND laugh all the way to the bank. The North Sea summit agreement are not only CO2 free energy production in the scale the entire world need (needed, we are only limiting the disaster at this late point) to follow it also are a better financial investment than any fossil fuels or nuclear power. ALL coastal nations should look into this brilliant project and try to copy/paste what they can and make local adaptations. Come on USA, you can do this as well. Let us all give climate change, POOtin a real battle here. Windmill towers are freedom towers that truly can set us free. Please remember that the REAL future care will run on 4 stroke hydrogen engines. Precisely same principle as a gasoline/diesel engine just with direct injection of hydrogen. Hydrogen are made with electricity and water and when burned it only emits....water! AFTER the North Sea summit agreement Denmark's Baltic neighbours, Finland and possible Sweden also have initiated "speed investigations" into a similar project just placed in the Baltic Sea. That project are not scaled yet (depends on how many are ready to make a fast sign up) but might add 4-8 countries and maybe around 3-50 million additional people that will get transitioned away from fossil fuels. More and more nations are introducing CO2 taxes on goods, hereunder imports. As a Dane and cofounder of NATO, as USA, I urge Americans to think about the very real possibility that all Western nations phase in CO2 taxes. With a USA that for decades AND currently tops the emission list per Capita that would cripple your economy. If Russia wont transition and they are faced with CO2 taxes on anything they produce they wont have money to finance driving cars anyway. EACH windmill weakens POOtin and enhances our children's chance to survive our parents stupid irresponsible behaviour.

Maybe try and advocate for improved infrastructure like Bike lanes? Like sharing lanes of traffic with Pickuptrucks is horrible, but adding another car to the mix is only gonna make the problem worse for anyone else trying to get around on bicycles. But again, maybe try going to city hall when meetings happen, and demand the city take some responsibility and fund some safe and practical bicycle lanes and bike/pedestrian paths.

@@pohakumana4288 So it is your opinion that USA with its 320 million people and higher GDP Per Capita than Danes are not capable of doing what the Danes do. OK, got you. USA today have more than 50% of the population obese or worse. USA have the highest CO2 emissions Per Capita. The largest cause of unnatural death amongst males between 50 and 55 are suicide by gun. USA have the highest rate of children that do not survive their birth/first week in the Western world. USA now can produce large quantities of growth hormone injected beef, genemodified mais, and chickens "bread" so cramped that 80% of them have salmonella when going to the slaughter (WHY ALL chicken meat are washed in chemical chlorine in USA). In EU growth hormone are banned, so are gene mais and we adjusted how many chickens you were allowed to have per area unit and have no use for incredible amounts of chemical chlorine that are a banned process here. We DO check our chickens for salmonella all the time and if salmonella are found they are used for making soap, not human consumption. Darwin said: "Survival of the fittest" and it seems to me many in USA takes that as "survival of the strongest". That is not so! Darwin meant "survival of the most adaptable (to changes). Looking at USA today you seem to have stagnated in some sort of 1950 structure and large parts of your nation seem incapable of responding to facts if the facts means you have to change. The most idiotic thing about the corporate success with politicising science are that NOW you HAVE to change fast and because of your "convenient" denial those corporate powers have now become so strong that they define your politics for next term - because they pay the majority of the money in your political system- long before any voters arrive at the voting boot. And why would Ford/Boeing etc spend money on new useful forward looking solutions when they have a working cashcow and a population that becomes dumber by the day because the 50 years of starving the educational system HAVE paid of. Read also my independent posting starting like this: "Around 2 months after this was recorded Denmark announced" and get inspiration on how USA actually now just can make a copy/paste of our project times 1,5 and transition entire USA to green energy in less than 15 years AND laugh all the way to the bank at the same time.

Buddy nowadays setting up green energy is as cheap if not cheaper in some cases than legacy polluting energy solutions. Bicycle infrastructure is also some of the cheapest out there, especially compared to infrastructure for say Automobiles. Like Copenhagen built its entire bicycle network for the same price as 2 miles of highway would cost in the US. Its all about making the right short term solutions, and the poorer, still developing countries have an excellent opportunity here... But sadly many won't do that, particularly thanks to North American influence.

Islam honors all the prophets who were sent to mankind. Muslims respect all prophets in general, but Jesus in particular, because he was one of the prophets who foretold the coming of Muhammad. Muslims, too, await the second coming of Jesus. They consider him one of the greatest of Allah's prophets to mankind. A Muslim does not refer to him simply as "Jesus," but normally adds the phrase "peace be upon him" as a sign of respect. No other religion in the world respects and dignifies Jesus as Islam does. The Qur'an confirms his virgin birth (a chapter of the Qur'an is entitled "Mary"), and Mary is considered to have been one of the purest women in all creation._________________________________________

Islam is a monotheistic religion, i.e. belief in only one God. Allah is that Supreme Being who has always existed and will always remain. Allah is the creator of the entire universe and all its contents. Allah is the creator of man, animals, etc. Allah is the Creator, Nourisher, Sustainer, Provider, gives life and death, sustenance and rain, etc. Allah chose various men among His creation for the guidance of mankind whom are called prophets or Divine messengers, from Adam to Jesus to Mohammed (peace be upon them all). Muslims believe that Mohammed (peace be upon him) is the final messenger of Allah, and the final Divine book which was revealed to him is called the Qur’aan which Muslims read and follow. This Divine book is in the Arabic language.________________________________________
