Minecraft music is just so nostalgic. It never fails to bring a rush of feelings to me. I feel joy and melancholy at once, and it's so strange. I miss the old days where I would come home from a long day at school to play Minecraft with my friends online. I'd play until dinnertime, and play before going to bed. It was a good life, and Minecraft has given me so many good memories. When I play Minecraft now it just doesn't feel the same. Maybe it's because I'm older? Maybe it's because I no longer play with the friends I used to play with? I don't think Minecraft can ever make me feel the same way as it did in my early adolescent years, but that's okay. I'm just glad I got to experience it. This game just hits so hard. It cultivates this deepness in my chest that almost feels empty and it aches. Almost as if I'm grieving something I had lost. Perhaps Minecraft symbolizes my innocence and my childhood that I'm now grieving as an 18-year-old. I'll never get to experience those things again. Still, we look forward to brighter days! Minecraft will always be there for us to look back on the good times, and that's a comforting thing to have.

I feel you. I just stumbled upon this video. Have not touched Minecraft in about 6 years. Im just now on the second soundtrack and damn it's a rollercoaster of emotions. Brings back so much good memories, which will never be able to replicate again. But like you said, there are brighter days ahead and we are still able to create memories that we will cherish in years to come. Glad I got to experience Minecraft, all those countless hours of cave exploring, building, vibing off to these beautiful songs.

Man, this video sounds like 2010, freshman year of high school, late nights and wondering exactly how I'm going to do this whole life thing. There used to be a lot of custom map build and RP servers, specifically used to play on Skies of Aurora. There wasn't territory claiming in the server, but people did not really grief. Nonetheless, my band of friends and I built a little underground bandit camp, to ambush and rob wayward travelers. It was incredible, and the custom bioms were beautiful.

For people who lived a horrible childhood reminiscing on positive experiences moves us powerfully. Hearing things like you are loved are vital for our survival, and some of us weren't told or shown that as children, and a lot of us never hear those words after we leave parents house either. It is good to see a soul with the natural light.. for us, music like this is a guide to find that light within, not lost but covered by chaos beyond reasonable control.

the minecraft playlist will never fail to amaze me. the fact that the music doesn't even start when you first get into the game, but comes in later adds a sense of comfort. honestly thinking of it now, if i first loaded into a game and im taking in everything around me, the music would distract from it, and from the footsteps, breaking of blocks, slashing in the water, etc. it reminds me of peace. being a child again is something that i will eternally long for, but will never have. i never believed anyone when they say enjoy it now because it will be over before you know it. i will forever relish the memories i made with this game. all the friends i made and bonded with through it. minecraft will never be the same since the era of stampy, pat and jen, dantdm, and others. its incredible what this platform has done for all of these people and how we all miss the same years.

God, the sheer amount of memories I have about this game...from watching my dad build a cobblestone castle in the jungle to me and my brothers building DanTDM's lab with our friends (and somehow my builds as a 12yo were SO much better than my builds now). And even though I still play the game, it doesn't quite hit the same. Sometimes I play Minecraft on my WiiU, when it stopped updating after the aquatic update. It's not quite the same, especially since I grew up playing on the PS4, but it's probably the closest I'll ever get to experiencing those memories again, back before my life went to shit. Oh, to be a kid again...

it was 2009, I was a freshman in highschool. My buddy wanted to show me this neat pre-alpha student project turned game he just downloaded, he talked endless hours about the structures and places he built. He then let me borrow his laptop to try it out for myself- my first world was nothing but a 20x20 island in an endless sea with a single oak tree. I loved it. Still play to this day, got our own server now, a whole city. Even as we all started to go separate ways, we always come back to our little play sessions, saved all our old backups. I wonder if, someday, when some of my friends or maybe even I am gone for good- will I stand in the places we've made together? Just giving them another once over for good measure. I hope so. I hope in some way, we can still feel each others presence, no matter what.

So many of the young people who play now will never understand what OG Minecraft was. Nobody will ever again be able to appreciate a simple base built into the hillside, fishing in the motionless water, or climbing down the ladders to an overly complicated mine, all while the classics songs play. Ah, a simple time in my life too. The things we think we appreciate, we instead take for granted, only considering after change reminds us of what we had. Like fishing boats off the shores of a moonlit beach, you can only see a dimly lit outline, but it's too far to reach, fading out of eyesight as it drifts over the horizon. Maybe it'll retire to the shore, or perhaps it will continue on, forever sailing away.

There is this ephemeral and calming effect. Perhaps, I could imagine him, standing right there, enjoying the scenery, the rays bouncing off his crown, in a place where time is eternally paused. Maybe he’d be conjuring another witty video idea. Whatever he’d be doing, he would be enjoying it. I kind of just got really into the vibe, and the music got me a little melancholic. I haven’t played or watched Minecraft in a long time, yet this video of its music got recommended to me. This sparked something inside of me that inspired me to begin to spew and write out the nostalgia, the memories, the everything. Aha, I remember the first time I had gotten the game. It was probably around 2018, maybe earlier, and I had gotten my first android phone. One day, I saw the game Minecraft on the app store. I downloaded it and was thrilled when it loaded. I can vividly imagine everything. I was at the edge of my brothers bed, my small phone charging and I bounced up and down excitedly. My brother was playing the game at the time and offered me to join. I spawned in a cave-like home that was built inside a mountain side. It had vines growing on the walls, everything made of stone with torches fighting away the darkness. It had a metal door with a button to open, which I had struggled to open for a while. It was funny and we were both laughing. Eventually, he helped me get out of his bunker. Outside, it was a lush jungle. Trees towered over us and vines draped down. Everything was a shade of lively green- a telltale sign of life. It was a beautiful contrast against the cool grays of the stone bunker. Oh, the fun we had. Heh, oh my first night in the game. I was out in a grassy plane, cows and pigs and chickens and flowers sprinkled around gingerly. With the sun kissing the horizon and the shadows taking place of where the light once was, mobs spawned around. A skeleton had started to attack and I built myself a 3 by 3 dirt box to hide in. That’s where I spent my first night, hiding in the comfort of the dirt walls of which had surrounded me. Months after this, I obtained my first diamond. My brother was accompanying me and we were exploring the winding tunnels and caves. It was in a ravine, I think. We had on full iron gear and were laughing. Our inventories full of cobblestone, coal, wood, weapons, and food. We were having the time of our lives. Suddenly, something blue caught my eye. A speckle of color against the stone. Aha, I can still feel the feeling of the screen as I press my thumb against it, running towards the new block. We both shouted in excitement. Considering the amount diamonds and the fact that there was 2 of us, we make matching swords. I can feel the excitement and pride in my chest to this day. Things have really changed, huh? Blink and it’s already in the past, only for you to ponder about later. Time, a forever marching thing. Time, a scary concept to most. Time, the thing that we can only try to grasp. With these memories in the distant pass and the worlds lost to the sands of time, I write this hunk of text with my soul. Who knew, something so little as a block game, can create such simple and wonderful moments? Now, I must end this here. Thank you for reading this. It was truly something else to calmly write out my emotions and memories while listening to nostalgic Minecraft music. While the past may seem far away and one might long for the past, the present is filled with just as many wonderful and not so wonderful things. Stay strong, my friends.

It would be so cool if there was such a biome in Minecraft

You woke up, not remembering anything of what happened yesterday or the day before. Heck, you didn't think you remembered anything at all. You were in a strange universal biome that consisted of trees with teal-green leaves. Flower blossom petals continuously fell and there were lakes as far as the eye could see. The gentle breeze of the wind combined the warmth of the sun made this the most perfect weather one could feel. That one could experience. That one could see. This entire place was nothing short of peaceful. Or at least at the moment, it was. You knew nothing of this world, how it worked, or of the creatures that inhabited it. All you knew was that wherever it was you managed to stumble upon, that you felt safe. You felt a deep sense of ethereal tranquility just from this one moment. This one place. It made you think about how important it was to appreciate the beauty around us. Especially while there is not much we're doing. After a bit of mindless wandering and deep thought, you realized something. You did know this place. You knew this weather. You knew the trees. You knew the very ground your feet trekked on. Despite not having visited it in years, just about everything was the same as you left it. You didn't wake up into an unfamiliar universe. You woke up into an almost forgotten reality. A connection inside of you had been reignited, and your memories were brought back to you. A penetrable sense of nostalgia that could bring a person to tears as it all came back to you. "...This was my old world." (Why did I write this bruh---)

I first played Minecraft when I was 10. I used to play it every day after school, building houses, listening to the music and just not worrying about life, now I'm 19. I still play it to this day. Good memories.

one day, on a fateful day of 2013, I nabbed 20 dollars from my mom's purse. Never seen that much money, since I was just a little boy. It was on a warm and calming summer morning, all the crickets and birds were making a ruckus. I stalled for a bit, holding the money, crinkling it, stuffing it in my pocket for minutes at a time, before I gave in and put on my sandals. I went out through the back door, not wanting to wake up my whole family in the living room (we were poor back then, we had to make room, we were a big family). As soon as I stepped out of the rickety doorway, my eyes gazed upon the ocean. God, it was so beautiful, it was a calm and steady one, casting reflections of the mountains away from my reach on the bright and sparkling surface of the vast water. The sun was was halfway up, shooting the sky was a orange hue. The blue of the sky barely visible. I didn't waste a moment to jump of the porch though, because back then what I saw was nothing special. I walked down the path towards our local store. The whole ocean was to my left, and I kept staring at the mountains far away, thinking maybe I'll go there when we go fishing. It was a hot morning, and when I entered the store I felt relived because of the AC. I walked down the aisles of toys and picked out a Venom squisey thing, and went down the next aisle and nabbed a 2 liter of orange soda. That day, I thought nothing of it, I thought it was a normal morning. But I was wrong, now that I'm older, turning 17 in four months, I realized that that day was the most quiet and calming day of my whole Childhood, no arguments, no no one coming back in drunk, no screaming, no noise. Just the noise of mother nature. It was the best day of my childhood, it wasn't the best because of friends, family, playing with toys, laughing or anything. It was the best because I was by myself. (This has nothing to do with Minecraft, but this beautiful soundtrack reminded me of that day).

Remember when you and your friends join a server, create a small faction, Build a sky base so no one can grief, Remember when someone join your faction for the first time they help you expand the sky base, added more plot house and more, Remember when you Gamble in minecraft for the first time it turn into million then billion due to luck becomes rich and able to turn the cobblestone sky base to quarts sky base, Remember when your faction the host/owner of the server recognize your faction and help you create an hotel building like. In my mind that server still fresh to me even though many years passed i never forget the first server i play with my cousin called "PESO CRAFT." Thats how did i end up here...

There is a place to go when you feel like you need to escape. There is a game filled with nostalgia, wonder, adventure, horror, and beauty. A world made entirely out of blocks. Looks exactly like our world but the feeling is different. Go search far and wide for a place to build a house, punch a tree for several hours to get enough wood, go deep down inside a dark cave to try and find a shiny blue mineral. Find a village and then steal all of the food and loot in the chests they have. Kill the many monsters you have to face, makes potions, build a portal and go into a Hell-Haunting place called the Nether, go into another portal to face a huge black-purple-eyed Dragon, do anything that you want. If you put your mind to it, you could do anything in this majestic world. All other video games may be fun but this one will always be number one in our hearts, because some started their video game journey on Minecraft. Thank you, Notch, for creating a legend game. Minecraft will always be in our hearts. :)

I posted my text on another video, but I really wanted to post it on here as well. So here it is! In the vast expanse of Minecraft's virtual landscape, I find myself immersed, lost in a sea of pixelated wonder. The familiar blocky terrain stretches out endlessly before me, a canvas upon which I paint my own memories. As I traverse the virtual world, memories of bygone adventures come flooding back. I remember the first time I set foot in this pixelated realm, the sense of excitement and possibility that enveloped me. Each step I take now is tinged with a bittersweet longing, a yearning for the simpler times when the game was new and the possibilities seemed infinite. The landscapes unfold with a beauty that defies their simplistic form. Rolling hills, dense forests, and towering mountains take on an ethereal quality, as if they hold secrets whispered through the passage of time. I wander through these virtual realms, exploring hidden caves and stumbling upon forgotten ruins, all the while feeling the weight of nostalgia settle upon me like a comforting embrace. There is a certain magic in the act of creation within this blocky world. Building towering structures and crafting intricate designs becomes an expression of my own imagination and ingenuity. But with each new creation, I am reminded of the past, of the countless hours spent crafting and building alongside friends, sharing laughter and camaraderie. Time seems to stand still within the virtual embrace of Minecraft. Hours turn into days, days into weeks, as I lose myself in the endless possibilities this world offers. It is both a respite from the relentless march of time and a gentle reminder of its passing. As the sun sets on the pixelatd horizon, casting a warm glow over the virtual landscape, I can't help but feel a pang of longing. Nostalgia washes over me like a gentle wave, reminding me of the fleeting nature of moments and the preciousness of memories. In the boundless expanse of Minecraft, nostalgia finds a home. It intertwines with the endlessness, becoming an inseparable thread woven into the fabric of this virtual reality. And as I continue to explore, build, and create, I carry with me the weight and beauty of nostalgia, forever entwined with the pixels that make up this digital realm.

why don't we all get together on a discord server and try to do something interesting? like, play some older versions of minecraft, maybe all play together on a custom made modpack, we can all debate mods to add. I mean, better than playing on modern servers with a bunch of little little kids... I'll post a discord link in the comment if enough people wanna do this. have a nice day guys, and remember the old days of minecraft
