Before I start my video and you all follow it I have to clear this that I m not a dietician or any health except it's just my personal experience that i m sharing with you all This diet plan really worked a magic to me but as I have said that everyone is different n so his or her physiology so before following this diet please go through a medical checkup and if you are under any medication then before starting any diet consult your doctor
My transformation journey
Diet plan
7-7:30 am green smoothie or nariyal pani or vegetable juice
10 am breakfast
Monday Tuesday
1 plate fruits( 2 banana, 1 apple, 1 big bowl papaya, 1 kiwi ) any fruit of season
Wednesday and Thursday
Banana oats smoothie or any smoothie of your choice
Friday and Saturday
Chilla appe idli dhokla anything of your choice ( no suji rice or poha)
Lunch 1:30-2:00pm
1 bowl dal without ghee
1 bowl sabji
1 bowl salad
1 roti ( try to have bajra , ragi ,jowar or any millet roti) or 1 bowl brown rice
4:00-5:00 pm
1 glass fruit or vegetable juice
Dinner 7:00-7:30 pm
Only 1 bowl salad or soup
