I truly hope you dig this new format. I had a blast making it. Really awesome feeling to actually directly respond to the questions and pedal combo ideas you have. This video turned out crazy long though. I'll try to keep the other ones more concise. But that's my weakness. Once I get going, it's tough to say stop. Especially when you're having fun. Stefan, I think the reason people look for your advice for things that you may consider to be "not your specialty" (like dirt pedals) is that you may or may not know how valuable it is to find a gear demo guy who plays and uses gear in a similar way to how I would also use it. Of course we all love to hear the great guru's of tone and truly amazing players discuss gear and music philosophy, but if I want to know about how a certain chorus pedal sounds, it is incredibly valuable to hear someone demo it in the same style that I would want to use it. No pressure, but a lot of us want to hear how a pedal would sound when YOU play it before mashing that "purchase" button, because it is a little closer to hearing how the pedal might sound when I play it after it arrives.

I love this new series! ❤️👍⭐ If I may add something to the first question apart of Stefan's brilliant advices (I learned the importance of keeping a low mix from this channel). One cool but little complex think to keep clarity : Parallel signals, one part of the signal stay more dry and analog and end up in an soft analog spring reverb and the other part go in crazy pedals where you could get more mix.

Another way to keep clarity and enjoy a reverb at 100% wet is to run the reverb in parallel using a pair of MG06 mixers or so. Impractical outside of a studio or your home, though. You give an impression that you do not know that the Mercury7's pre-delay is adjusted using "Alt" + "Space Decay".

Cheers, bud! I’m just using a Panasonic LUMIX G Vario 14-140mm lens. It was the kit lens that came with my LUMIX GX8 camera. It’s versatile and gets the job done. But I would like a prime lens with better sharpness and depth of field in the near future 😊
