Dustin Johnson and Randy Myers provide some effective stretches before teeing off.

Randy Myers here, and uh
wanted to introduce you to Dustin Johnson
and show you a couple stretches that you can do
before you tee off.
First thing we want to do
is what we call par stretch
just taking his arms over head
and bending his knees, squatting down
you can see that he can go well below degrees.
You probably won't get there,
but you can give it a try.
Next stretch that you want to do
is a birdie stretch.
Put it behind your back
go ahead and lean forward at your waist,
lift your arms straight up in the air.
You can see that Dustin's well beyond vertical
which is what we look for in our tour players.
Now if you wanna make an eagle on that first hole,
he's showing off a little bit,
this is a really good one for you to work on.
Last drill we really like to see you do
is get into a deep lunge position
and then rotate and hold it.
This will be great for your finish
and it'll be an awesome stretch for you
to work with somebody.
Go ahead and hold.
What we do with our tour players
is give 'em that little extra turn
so they can get through the ball.
Go ahead and do the other side.
Alright, try these stretches
next time your on the first tee,
and you're sure to birdie that first hole.
