My first ebike was a DIY bafang bbshd on a high end Fuji mtb hardtail frame and it was the best cost effective introduction ebike I could have asked for! I'd still be riding it today if I didn't brake the frame. I sold the bbshd kit off it and pulled the trigger on a Bafang m620 29er compleat bike and am loving life.
