Ben Bornstein is a special makeup effects artist known for his work on movies like "The Departed" and "The Fighter." Inspired by his work on shows like "Gotham" and "Blindspot," Bornstein demonstrated how he creates and applies realistic fake burn wounds without using CGI. His methods range from tattoos to burnt-up sheets of plastic to complex prosthetic pieces that can take up to four hours to apply.
