@@ianbedloe3042 for me personally, yes. Sauce is darker and richer, and I prefer the vibe. The shop in Akihabara is small and really busy at times, less families, more adults etc.

Hi Paolo, I love your chanel and U had the pleasure to meet you in person while you were shooting at a famous ramen restaurant. As per this episode I agree with your suggestions EXCEPT for the number 1... imho, CoCo is way better than GoGo, my friend and my son agree. We have have GoGo here in NYC and when I eat there I don't feel like I'm in Japan, although the taste is the same. Anyway, I guess it's about personal taste so congratulations on your suggestions! Can't wait to visit Japan for 6th time!!!

Please make a video on how to get by in Japan as a vegetarian, I've had quite some trouble when I was there and I'd love to get tips for next time! :) It was really difficult to even explain the concept of vegetarians to most people haha
@happycook6737

It is hard for a vegetarian because a lot of dishes have fish stock added. Okonomiyaki cabbage pancakes were my go to when eating out or sticking to Western food. There are some vegetarian restaurants. Indian restaurants in Japan often have vegetarian options. Just write down the word veg and draw a square with a green circle in it. This is the symbol in India so Indian staff will understand you.

7:14 Marukame Seimen is exactly similar to Marukame Udon in Waikiki Hawaii. down to the prices, value, menu, toppings, it looks like it's a same company. I love this place a lot and eat here frequently.
